When you purchase Software directly from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as send you information about your account and order, respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints, process payments and prevent fraud, set up your account for our store, comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes, improve our store offerings or send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them. If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and username, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
You may request your registration and account information to be deleted by us. If you purchased the Software with Paddle, you need to send your request directly to Paddle, who act as the Merchant of Records for the Software. When doing this, you may lose the ability to use our paid Services, as there will be no way to know that you are a customer.
When running the Software, collect information about the activation status of the Software with the purpose to enable Software functionality, prevent fraud, and help us conduct customer support when needed. We do not collect any other personal information about you or your Software usage when running the Software.
We retain the information you disclose via e-mail, customer support contacts or the website contact form. You can ask us at any time to delete any trace of our e-mail or customer support interactions by contacting us.
We don’t share, sell or license any information about you to any third parties.
